I just wanted to share with everyone my precious little girls Easter outfit that she wore.
And this after I went to 5 stores and 3 dresses bought and brought home before she found one she was willing to wear. I'm glad I never found the perfect pair of shoes....
Also wanted to share a picture of my beautiful blue eyed boy... He seems so angelic...

Welcome to the sick house!
Okay I know - it has been forever since I posted and you are all thinking... I am going to stop checking this regularly cause she is slacking! No No!! STay with me! This has been a crazy couple of weeks with some of it being the fact we all caught the tummy bug! What fun in our house! Todd was the last to catch it - thinking he was cool enough to avoid it - and today was his last day of hooky from work and so hopefully tomorrow will be the start of a healthy house!! Yay!!!
But the other thing that I have done in the past couple weeks that kept me away was much more pleasant and actually life altering. I spent 3 1/2 days at a spiritual retreat called Via de Cristo. It was absolutely amazing and one of the most beautiful things I have experienced in my life! Besides the spiritual and emotional beauty - we also were located at a camp in Indiana with HUGE windows overlooking a lake and hillside and watching 8-10 inches of snow fall! WOW! If anyone of you ever gets the opportunity to go to a Via de Cristo (or Curcillo or Walk to Emmaus) - DO IT! You will not regret a single moment! I can't wait for Todd to go next fall so I can talk all about it with him!
Wanted to let you all know we were still here and to say we miss you all! Have a great week and a glorious Easter - remembering why we celebrate the season!
Love ya!

But they go with everything!
So what exactly do you wear leopard print and pink rain boots with? If you ask Lexi - the answer is EVRYTHING!!!
This has been by far her favorite Christmas present - she wears them 6 days a week. She might give into us on one occasion. (Thanks Unc Kev, Aunt Mare, Joseph, Jack, Erin & Emma!)
She even wore them with a floral skirt to preschool for her class picture last week... I think they stuck her in the back row to hide them.... ;)
This picture is just for Aunt Marianne since she thinks Lexi's only clothes are Leopard Print. Talk about stylin'!!!!
